Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What do I do about shipping when I live outside the
Continental US?
A. Contact lubesuit@aol.com to recieve a quote on International
shipping costs to where you live.
Q. I have very little problem putting on my wet suit
unless it is wet. Why should I need a Lube Suit?
A. With a Lube Suit you would not feel the cold dampness of a
damp wet suit, plus you would retain more body heat. When it's
time to take off your wetsuit, it practically falls off. With
your Lube Suit on, which only takes seconds to get into, your
wet suit - wet or dry, 3mil or 7mil - will slide on or off as
fast as you can move. Absolutely effortlessly!
Q. The Lube Suit looks bulky, how does it feel underneath
a wet suit?
A. The Lube Suit is so thin, soft and comfortable you can not
tell that you are wearing it under your wet suit.
Q. Does the Lube Suit allow your skin to breathe?
A. Yes it does breath. There are millions of microscopic perforations
throughout the fibrous fabric allowing it to breathe.
Q. How much does the Lube Suit weigh?
A. Under 5 ounces.
Q. How long does it take to dry?
A. The Lube Suit air dries in about 15 minutes.
Q. How many times can I wear the Lube Suit?
A. As many times as wear (and care) permit. With proper care
it can be worn 50 to 70 times.
Q. What is the fabric used in the Lube Suit?
A. The Lube Suit is made from a high tech, non-woven, multi-directional
fibrous high density polyethlene.
Q. Can it be washed?
A. For longevity, we recommend hand wash and rinse in fresh water
and hang it to dry.
Q. Will salt water affect the Lube Suit?
A. No, the Lube Suit is not affected by salt water, but it should
be rinsed as suggested above.
Q. What about mold and mildew?
A. A clean Lube Suit will not promote the formation of mold or
mildew. The Lube Suit has excellent rot and mildew resistance.
