Lube'N'HoodTM Instructions:

Place Lube'N'HoodTM through neck seal:

Place Lube'N'HoodTM over head.
Slide Lube'N'HoodTM and your head through neck seal.
To remove Lube'N'HoodTM --- Grip handles on sides and pull straight up.

To Remove Neck Seal:

Put Lube'N'HoodTM over head
Tuck in the bottom of the Lube'N'HoodTM into and under the neck seal.
Pull neck seal up from the chin, and up and over the Lube'N'HoodTM
